Again the Gouvernement in Maastricht. Did not get a shot before from this side when it was lit up (5 minutes later they turned off the lights).
To my surprise the building on the left was lit up in red, yellow and green, the colors of the local Carnival, a three day “party” where everybody dresses up in the most rediculous costumes.
